What should I do if my order is damaged?
If my order was damaged during shipping what should I do? A classic auto glass order that was placed through us is guaranteed to arrive to your door in good condition. There is a packing slip located on the outside of the box that contains specific delivery instructions. Before you sign for your package you should take the time to read these instructions. You should refuse the package and immediately contact our office is the damage is noticeable right away. We can then send out a replacement shipment immediately. If you get a package left at your door or at another location and did not have to sign and you notice damage you should contact our office.
