Sailboat Generator

My 46 foot sailboat was my home for a few weeks as I sailed up the east coast and back. My small diesel generator kept my refrigerator cold so there was no reason to worry about spoiled food. It also kept the house batteries topped off and ran a few other things for less than a gallon of diesel a week. Thanks to the AC power inverter, I could watch local TV as I cruised up the coast. Hot food, tea and coffee were never a problem with my portable propane stove and oven. I also used a barbecue grill that could be mounted on the rail for delicious steaks and hamburgers whenever I wanted.
