Sharepoint Consulting Services
I was reading a blog post about Sharepoint Consulting Services. I used to think “why in the heck would anyone want to use consultants?” However, now I am beginning to see the other side more closely. They can really help out a busy It mgr’s team. I mean people underestimate the time, effort, and energy involved in doing a new project, downtime, and opportunity cost. Why wouldn’t you outsource it to the pros? It only makes sense in my mind. I guess the disadvantages are that you will not have complete control of the project. Also, you do have to pay these consultants month after month. I would say no one is really pulling a gun on you. Use them for their advice and fire them if they don’t perform.
