I did not have a clue where to begin when I finally decided it was time to get braces. Sure, I could have just asked my dentist. And I will do that soon. But first I wanted to be at least somewhat familiar with the basic terms and options that were availalbe. Over the years I have found that this approach has worked well for me. So I searched out Toronto braces types and what came back was that there are three main types. Metal braces, clear braces and lingual braces seem to be the most popular. Metal is the cheapest. Lingual is the most expensive kind. Each has its own advantages and disadvantages. And this is what I will discuss with my dentist or orthodontist.
