Organic Soap – Its Green Side

Do you want to be assured that the soap touching your skin is pure to nature?

We have our own identity and brand of choice when choosing soaps, but we sometimes get the wrong one, and because of that, instead of just cleansing our body when we take a bath, we also get harsh chemicals that bring dehydration, dryness, and aging to our skin.

One soap ingredient to watch out for is sodium laurithe sulphate. This ingredient is carcinogenic and is a hormone disruptor that highly causes allergic reactions.  Another ingredient to take note is sodium tallowate, which is derived from the fat from the sheep’s wool called lanolin. Lanolin hinders the skin from breathing; thus, resulting to skin dehydration.

It may take much experimentation to come up with the right formulation. Nowadays, organic soap, also called natural soap, is made to pamper the skin. It is made up of vitamins, minerals, amino acids and enzymes; all these components contribute to nourish the skin naturally. According to research, contents such as tea tree oil can fight against stress, insomnia and leg pain. In addition, organic aloe, organic oats, organic peppermint, cinnamon and olive oil make this soap organic in nature.
