Try to Eliminate Outside Stress

I have always been the type of person who gets angry very quickly for seemingly insignificant things.  I have tried to change the way situations affect me but so far I have not been very successful.  I had a doctor appointment the other day and he told me that stress causes hypertension and that he noticed that my blood pressure was up from what it was during my last visit.  He told me that I should try and take care of myself the best that I possibly can and to try and eliminate as much outside stress as I can from my life.
