Dont Forget Circuits

Circuit training is not forgotten. It is actually a very effective way that you can train. There are many many different ways that you can set up your circuits to fit you individual needs.  You can use this way of traing very effectivly to lose weight the right way.  This type of traing paired with a good eating plan is a winning formula. you can chain fat loss exercises together in a  circuit and use little rest between sets. When I say Little rest i mean it. Only 10 seconds is required. I perfe to get no rest at all in between exercises.
