Getting Six Pack Abs

In order to get a six pack you really need to focus on what you eat as well as how you work out.

To get good abs you should eat natural foods like fruits, vegetables, lean meats, and nuts. You can have a cheat meal once in a while but try to eat about every three hours each day.

This will come to about five or six meals each day consisting of healthy foods like the ones listed above.

The other thing you should work on is exercising. Doing ab exercises like reverse crunches are great for any ab work out routine. Don’t slack though.
