How to Find An Easy Meditation

Sandra has never meditated in her life. She has read a few articles about it and has decided that she would like to start by using an easy meditation method. Sandra does not have a lot of time but she had read somewhere that even 10 minutes a day would make a difference in your life. She knew that she just needed to find a place where she could relax a start repeating a mantra. Sandra decided to just start with this step and proceed from there. She has been doing this for about a week know and she is beginning to be a more relaxed person.
