Dirty Windows
When I first buy a new house the first thing that I do is go over the home windows. The way that the previous owner cared for the windows will tell you how they cared for the home overall. If the windows are dirty and full of dust then you know that the rest of the house has not been cared for either. If the windows are clean and well cared for then you can almost bet that the rest of the house has been cared for too. The windows on a home can make all of the difference in the world.
