Previous Marriage is Still in Effect
I met this guy in one of my summer vacations. It was in love at first site and wedecided to get married before Christmas. I thought it was the greatest part of mylife. We were already planning to settle in America. However, it turned outbe the worst part of my life. I accidentally discovered in his personal files thathis previous marriage is still in effect and they still meet from time to time.
A San Diego Divorce lawyer told me that I have the option to make our marriagenull and void because our marriage didn’t take effect on the first place because ofhe is still married to somebody else. The lawyer also told me that if can’t let go ofthis guy, I can wait for their marriage to be fully divorced and re-marry again.
