Talking a Friend Into Going to College
When I got to work last Monday my friend, Susan, was waiting for me at my desk. She said that she had a problem that she needed to talk to me about. She said she really wanted to start taking criminal defense classes at our local college, but was scared to tell her husband. She said she didn’t think her husband would want her to spend the money on the classes. I told Susan that I thought it was a great idea to take the classes. I told her that I thought her husband would be very supportive. I told her just to tell him that she wanted to take the classes and see what he said about.
