Good News About a USDA Loan
I was surprised when my friend Cindy stopped by my house last night. I could tell that Cindy was extremely happy as I invited her into the house. After I fixed us some coffee Cindy told me that her home loan got approved earlier in the day. Cindy thanked me for telling her about USDA loans. Cindy said that as long as the house passed an inspection that her and husband would be able to close on the house she wanted to buy. She said she couldn’t wait until the home inspection was done next week. I told her I knew that the inspection would go well.
