Social Study into Law
How is it that laws are made concerning different scenarios with child custody battles? Is it all on precedence or are there certain laws in place because of a certain social study that was performed and the results were positive if not just adequate? I want to know how these studies came into affect and why they were studied to begin with. It seems like so many of the laws to me do not make a lot of sense but I may be bias because I am losing my case. I want to know the facts that will help me get my children back.
