MMA Fighters Have Intense Training Regiments

If you are a fan of Mixed Martial Arts fighting then you are aware that some of their fighters have a really intense regiment of mma training workouts that they use to keep themselves in tip top fight shape.  They do a variety of things such as high intense cardio training, often running for miles and miles each day.  They lift weights to build strength and they practice the various martial arts skills by sparing with others who are well skilled in the arts. They box with boxers and wrestle other wrestlers to keep these skills sharp as well.  It’s a well rounded program that gets them fight ready.
