Croatia , the heart of Europe
Croatia, already geographically at the heart of Europe, seems to be moving quickly towards EU membership. Its coastline, long a holiday destination for affluent Europeans, has one of the strongest economiesin the region, and interest in property is already strong from near neighbours such as Italy and Austria. Significant problems remain, as the title to some properties is far from secure due to the legacy of ethnic cleansing during the Yugoslav break-up. Besides that , Croatia is a beautiful country , that has many points of interest and beautiful beaches. There are plenty of companies that sell super cheap flights to Croatia, and there a few good hotels to your vacations.
