My Sister Prepared with MRE Meals
I was visiting my sister in Florida last week and she was telling me all the things they do to prepare every year for hurricane season. She showed me her pantry that was full of MRE meals and informed me they were ready to eat with no cooking required. I never heard of the meals but what a fantastic way to be prepared for an emergency. She said it is always best to be prepared regardless of where you live. She is right and it made me think about how unprepared I was for an emergency. Of course, I went home and began my own emergency back up plan.
